Mobile Digital Video Systems
The Matrix Enforcer is a new tool used to provide an unalterable recording (session) for mobile law enforcement.
 
A two channel PC Based Video and Audio Recording System. The rugged integral motherboard and processor unit provides reliability. An internal flash drive (no mechanical hard drives) stores the specially designed Linux structured operating system, which provides the lates technology for running the powerful recording software package.
 
Each recording session includes special information about the session. This includes preprogrammed dispatch specific Patrol Car ID numbers, Officer ID numbers and other additional information including Date and Time.
 
When a session is completed, it is saved to an external USB storage drive with an embedded system media player/editor. This assures protection of the encrypted information and file integrity.
 
The easy to use media player/editor has "Hint" labeled controls. It displays all the session(s) information, and is used to playback and or edit the session(s) video/audio. Insert the external USB drive into any PC to access the session(s) encrypted files. An edited session is one in which parts of a session(s) been blocked and cannot be re-edited. Simple start and stop buttons make editing easy. Highlighted areas on a timeline show the edited location(s). When played, these location(s) are "skipped over" and playing procees. You can tellif a session has been edited because the word "Modified" is displayed in flashing colored text. This is your assurance of tamper proof recordings.
